• Merchandise: Vendors who sell merchandise can apply for a 10' x 10' vending space for $55.

• Readers:Intuitive readers (e.g., tarot, palm, runes), mediums, and other service providers(e.g., reiki, massage) can apply for a 5' x 5' booth space.  Vending fee is $25.

• Non-Profit (501c) can apply for an up to 6' table for $20.

Early Registration

The first eight (8) vendors who submit the completed application packet and fees on or before 01 July 2025 will be located in Pavilion 7 under hard shade. Additionally four (4) of these vendors who reserve with an additional $10 fee may have access to one of the four (4) electrical outlets in the pavilion and shout bring an appropriate electrical extension cord. These are standard circuits capable of running normal loads like fans or lights but not sufficient for cooking. Food vendors may also use early registration, but will be located outside so they have access for ground to ground generators. All spaced units including those with electrical outlets will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Standard Registration

Vendors submitting completing documents and fees after the cutout date of 01 July 2025 will have "a la carte" setup.
